SATURDAY, MAY 23, IT'S ART & MUSIC ON THE FARM at the Barrier Islands Center, 7295 Young St., Machipongo, VA. The event, which includes, yes, art, music, crafts, plants, coffee and food, takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is one of the most fun events on the Eastern Shore! Hope to see you there.
WORKSHOPS
Come to the studio here at 18 Bayview Ave. in Wachapreague and learn to paint with a palette knife.
Two-day workshops are $375, one-day workshops are $200. Both workshops include most materials. For more information, please click here.

I am in the beautiful, expanded studio here at 18 Bayview Ave., Wachapreague, most weekdays from about 10 to about 3, though as with most private artist studios, there's always the potential for unexpected absences.
