Oil on black canvas, 12x12, $300. I passed this ranch on the way out of Taos, NM. I wanted to be on a different road - the High Road - but instead ended up on a road through the woods. It was pretty enough - but I wanted open spaces and light. So when I came to this ranch, in a small, dusty town, I took a photo and knew I would paint it when I got home. It is proabably the reason I ended up on the "wrong" road.
